Tino Stefanoni
Tino Stefanoni looks closely and carefully at the world of things and everyday objects, which he presents in such a disarmingly simple way that they seem to have been intended for a visual alphabet book where still life and Italian landscapes are on view. He has developed a traditional pictorial style by bringing into play light, chiaroscuro, design and colour in such a way as to isolate his subjects on small-size canvases that fascinate the eye and stimulate meditation. His works are charged with great poetic force, where even the most common objects are imbued with mystery.
